Policy & Warranty

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE and are used to place a hold on your furniture. Deposits cannot be used towards mattresses, bedding and/or strollers.


Exchange only within 30 days on defective items only, Exchanges must be made with original packaging, receipt and hardware in tact. Cribs cannot be exchanged once they have been assembled. No Exceptions.


All furniture is sold with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The Crib Shoppe Inc supports this warranty for 24 months from the delivery date (or pick-up date)of item(s) to the customer. This warranty excludes misuse or abuse, any modifications or alterations and is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. Shipping fees are non-refundable and are not covered by the The Crib shoppe inc. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.

NO RAIN CHECKS ON SALE ITEMS unless a deposit is left or pre-paid in full in advance.
